By entering this forum you agree to be governed by the following rules
You agree, through your use of the Dutch Burgher Union forum, that you will NOT post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually-oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. Nor is this forum a conduit for airing complaints against the Dutch Burgher Union, its office bearers or its members. The DBU forum is purely for Registered Members to conduct informal discussions and share information on a variety of topics relevant to the Dutch Burgher Union website. Anyone with a valid email address can register. You do not need to be a member of the Dutch Burgher Union to do so.
The Dutch Burgher Union office bearers are not obligated to provide responses to any queries made of them on this forum. Communications such as a formal complaint, which desire a formal response from the General Committee should be made in writing (snail mail) and addressed to the Secretary, Dutch Burgher Union. Other queries such as requests for entry forms for competitions, reservations of tickets for Union functions, Membership applications etc maybe e-mailed to the DBU Secretariat.
The DBU forum will not allow controversial or potentially controversial discussions on the conduct of past or present office bearers or past or present members. All posts are subject to an approval process by appointed Moderators and any posts contravening the above conditions will be rejected. In the instance of a post being rejected by the Moderators, the decision is final.
You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or you have consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also inappropriate to this forum.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented. The messages express the views of the author, not necessarily the views of the Dutch Burgher Union. Anyone who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to notify an administrator of this forum immediately. We have the right to remove content within a reasonable time frame if we determine that any objections raised are valid. This policy applies to member profile information as well.
